I got this for my fiance and he loves it for the gym. It is very roomy and has plenty of options for the size adjustment. He can wear it up high or down low. I also like running in the morning, so I will buy another one for myself. The band is mesh, so it is very comfortable to wear it to run in the morning, even it's hot, my arm feel cool when I wear this armband. Besides, it really fits my iPod well. The armband is easy to put on and take off. Both my fiance and I love this item very much. Thanks.
