Received the item in good condition and earlier than expected. Very appreciate with adorable mini top hat with veil and flying feather. It really fits for me to wear in party with its chic and elegant style. It can stay on my head with the two alligator clips under the hat.Additionally, the veil is hard enough to keep original shape and will not stick to my face.
