I have trouble sleeping when there is any light coming in the bedroom, and this eye shade helps block out the light completely. Its colorful cartoon look makes it quite different from those dull or plain black ones, it is awesome adorable! As the mask is thick and a little stiff, I used several days to get used to it, and now it fits me well and comfortable. The straps are easily adjusted and the mask is never too tight or too loose and it is easy to fall asleep even though it is wrapped around your head. The mask is especially great if you have a roommate or loved one who needs to stay up while you are trying to sleep. It truly effective and works for me!
