They look a bit cheap but seem reasonable for the price. They're made of cast pot metal and I suspect that they're apt to brake if struck on a curb. They weigh in at 162 g (5.7 oz).

The metal castings had some sharp "flash" on the inside. A few minutes work with a file trimmed them smooth.

The pedals did not turn well on the shanks, and grated somewhat. I feared the bearings might not be greased, so I stripped them down to check. All was okay, they were just a bit tight. I put them back together with a little more play so they spin freely. If you don't have the tools for this just leave install the pedals and let them work in.

I put them on my vintage road bike, replacing the 268g (9.5 oz) steel rat-trap pedals. The new pedals are slotted for toe clips (the rat-traps weren't), so I added toe clips to mine. The total weight of new pedals, clips, and straps is only 216 g.

Can't say anything about durability or impact resistance, but I've put a couple of hours on these pedals and they seem just fine.

Metal in did. Balls instead of bearings. Nut was screwed too strong. So I relaxed it by 90degree, and add grease on this opportunity. When you will do it, do not tight first screw to the end, second screw will add more pressure. Plastic reflectors barely kept. Need some glue.
