How to Use:

• A part of the buckle is removable, remove it off the belt
• There are four holes in each kickboard. Thread the belt through the holes one by one in sequence
• Then thread the belt through the moveable part of the buckle, adjust the length, and fix the part with a fast knot.
• Put the kickboards on your back and buckle the belt to prevent the kickboards from getting falling off. The kickboards can make your body float easily and increase its buoyancy, which makes beginners to keep balance and learn to swim quickly.
