It is a product that is described correctly. it's well made. it does hurt and takes awhile to get used to, quite awhile. everyone's different, so for some, it will hurt less; for others, it will hurt more. it does work. I think you will be healthier if you use this everyday.

I've used this mat every day for more than a year. The results were truly unique and different from any other reflexology or exercise product I've used. I felt a "reflexology effect" with an overall body "feel good" sensation. Muscles of my legs and butt shaped up. My circulation improved with better overall body warmth.

I have always been looking for something like this but they are either too small or too expensive. This one is just perfect and I place it in the hallway so I walk frequency when going between living room and bed room. The first time I use it and it was painful but now my feet are use to it and always feels good afterward
