I looked high and low for these adapters and I could not find one at the local hardware stores. I turned to the internet and all the ones I saw were cardboard and complaints about the design and quality of the adapters. I ordered one of these adapters after endless searching for a ceiling fan that still used the regular standard size bulb. I must admit this thing is worth the money. I can see again. It got here fast too. The candalebra bulbs are so small and dont put out enough light for me to see hardly anything. I just recentrly found out the Government is forcing companies to stop prodeuction of light kits and ceiling fans that use standard size bulb. I think thats rediculous but thanks to this Candelabra Light Bulb Lamp Socket Enlarger Adapter i dont have to worry about it. I just screw this into the small candalebra bulb socket and then Im ready t put my standard size bulb in and thats it. Its so easy and affordable yet its a life saver. I highly recommend this adapter to anyone thats doing home improvement fans and lighting upgrades because after youre done and you turn on the light switch with the candlebra base bulbs installed you will no longer be able to see well. This product will save the day.

I ordered 5 of these adaptors and I can now SEE AGAIN!!! They worked great and now I can use any wattage bulb I want. Actually, I am now using 100 watt fluorescent bulbs which only use 26 watts. This is even better than before and safer. All adaptors arrived without any cracks or chips and in only 8 days. I even received FREE shipping. They can't be beat in my opinion. I definately recommend using Suntecstore and I will buy from again in the future!!!

Critical info for me unless I just didn't see it: What are the dimensions? if going in a ceiling fan, the extension out of the existing socket and the diameter will make a difference in whether a 4 1/4" long bulb will fit within the light fixture cover. Don't need total length...just the extension out of the socket. Thanks

Hello, the out diameter is 4cm and the inner diameter is 2.7cm
