I myself do prefer very hot drinks and I was in search of something that would keep my coffee nice and hot, not burning, but hot, and this USB mug warmer does, it keeps my tea almost as hot as I like it. If my tea starts out plenty hot, it slows the rate of cooling so that it is tasty for quite a while. I keep it next to my desktop in my workplace and use it to keep my tea / coffee warm anytime. Sometimes I use it to reheat a cooled off beverage and no longer have to drink cold tea at work!?With a non-stick, easy to clean surface, it is truly a convenient way to keep your coffee, cocoa, or any other beverage hot while consuming them. Functional, works well and recommended.
