I had been looking for a gadget that could hold all my empty reusable grocery bags. I shop for a family of four, so I have to carry about 6 bags with me when I do a week's shopping trip. I have been carrying the bags, my one year old and a three year old to the store. Until now, I have stored the bags in the cart, but they get buried under all the groceries and had to get the stuff out of the cart before I could hand the bags to the bagger. BIG PAIN! Now, I hook all the bags onto my giant carabiner and then hook it onto the outside of the cart. When I get to the checkout now, I just unhook the bags and hand them to the bagger. I have even figued out that if I keep one of the mini carabiners on each bag, I can hook bags to the outside of the cart and be able to fill them if the cart begins to overflow! I love these snap hook hangers, i bought three.
