Works. As described. Even measurements are quite close. Useful running speeds from little under 5V to 12V (and up, but out of spec). Bit wobbles a tiny bit, but starts pretty easily. Came in a nice cardboard cylinder inside a box. Looked like good protection. Runs FAST. Collet is made out of two pieces so can't be swapped for different size without replacing the entire thing. Do not let your fingers near the very sharp set screw. :)
