Description:

• Carnation flower cutters
• Ideal for use with fondant Cakes, sugar paste, petal paste, marzipan DIY cooking or craft clays

Instruction (Unwired Flowers):

• Roll out the paste on a non-stick surface or using corn flour / icing sugar for dusting
• Cut out three flower shapes using one size of cutter
• Using a cocktail stick placed on the edge of the paste. Roll backwards and forwards to create a frilled effect
• Complete the flower by joining the three layers of petals together using water / gum glue

Instruction (Wired Flowers):

• Begin by folding the tip of the wire into a small hook and use either a small piece of paste or wrap with florists or wrap with florists tape to create a simple bud
• Using flower / gum paste cut out and frill three petal shapes
• Thread each layer in turn onto the wire securing with water / gum glue and squeezing firmly into place
