Way to Use:
- Roll out paste to desired thickness on non-stick surface
- Assemble the frill cutter wih the chosen size of centre and cut out the shape
- Using a Bulbulous Cone Tool, place it onto the edge of the paste, roll the modelling tool backwards and forwards to create a frilled effect
- Cut the frill to the length required and attach to the side of a cake using a little water
