i am trying to hook this up, but the way i wired it there is no voltage control. i put the line voltage to the "in" part of the board, and the lamp on the "out" part. nothing. am i hooking it up wrong? thanks!

Hello, please make sure the input voltage is 220V, and connect this device with lamp in a series connection, then rotate the knob for dimming, speed, voltage, temperature control.
