Description:

How to Use:
- Install a proper IC suction head on suction pencil
- Place the suction head on IC flatly
- Press the button on the suction pencil to let the air out of the vacuum unit, then release the button for producing pull of vacuum to pick up IC
- Put the IC on a proper place, press the button again to let the IC fall off the suction head
