This is a flexible and easy to use LM2596, DC-DC step-down module, through six DIP switches to set the output voltage flexible.

This module can be up to 33V from a 1.5V to 0.5V step to achieve the value of the coarse adjustment

Output Voltage: 1.5V-33V (0.5V step)

Tried board and thought it was broken after seeing unexpected voltage output and put aside for a few weeks. Looked at it again now and see the issue. The DIP switches are active in the OFF position where they are switched toward the PCB legend side. AHA! Also wondered what the pot is for (no manual comes with board); turns out to be fine voltage adjustment. Board is nice quality with good clean layout. Works, now that I figured it out! I think I will buy more. Very useful if you want fixed selectable voltage output! (Eg. 5V logic PSU).
