Pros: I really like this product. My laptop didn't come with a serial port so I ordered this product. I was a bit concerned at the very low price, but it works a charm. I have had no problems with it and use it almost every day. I use it to program external microchips for my various hobby projects. It hasn't let me down once. Cons: None, absolutely no problems at all with this adapter. Other Thoughts: If your computer or laptop doesn't come with a serial port and you have legacy devices that use them, get this little adapter. It will save you tons of headaches and extend the useful life of your peripherals. Bottomline: With this low price, how can you resist? I'm glad I took the chance! |
